Returns and Exchanges: The Sublime Vizions Guarantee

At Sublime Vizions, we are committed to quality. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Return anything purchased from us within 30 Days if you are not 100% satisfied.

WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT
We will gladly make an exchange or refund your return for the price at the time of the original sale IF the original sales receipt is provided with return. You may return or exchange unwashed & unworn merchandise purchased at our Sublime Vizions online store WITHIN 30 DAYS. Returns or Exchanges made AFTER 30 DAYS must be processed by mail through and will result in a restocking fee. Sublime Vizions is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges.

WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT
Returns or Exchanges WITHOUT an original sale receipt will not be honored.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Sublime Vizions will gladly replace any damaged, defective or broken items.  Please take a picture of the product and start the process by providing your order details and send to sublimevizions@gmail.com

 

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE/PERISHABLES/THIRD PARTY SALES

Items purchased at any of our events are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Unfortunately Sublime Vizions does not guarantee product sales made through third parties and does not issue returns, refunds, or exchanges through these channels.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • Secure merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and email us details regarding your request.
  • Return the item(s) to: The Sublime Vizions, Attn: Returns, P.O. Box 1752 Brewster, MA 02631.
  • Choose a shipping vendor that provides Tracking Information for your package.
  • Once we receive your package, it generally takes 2 weeks to process returns, exchanges, or credits.
  • Please email sublimevizions@gmail.comif you have immediate questions or concerns.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from sublimevizions.com (the “Site”). 

Personal information we collect

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information. 

How do we use your personal information? 
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
